(Big Q) How many persons are there in God? There are three persons, the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. They are one God, the same in substance and equal in power and in glory.

Bible Memory – God said, “This is the sign of the promise I am giving to you and every living being that is with you for generations to come. I will put my rainbow in the clouds to be a sign of my promise to the earth.” (Ge 9:12)

Grammar – What is a Covenant? a permanent agreement between two parties, often used to express the promises or favors of God to His people. Usually requires some kind of obligation on the part of the parties.

HistoryWhat is the Edenic Covenant.  (Found in Genesis 1:26-30;2:16-17) A compact God made with Adam in the garden to: rule over creation (Psalm 8:6-7), to be fruitful and multiply, to only eat plants, and not to eat from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. 

Timeline – 2000 BC, Covenant with Abram, God promises Isaac, Sodom destroyed, Isaac born, Hagar and Ishmael, Isaac and Rebekah, Birth of Jacob and Esau
